Why would we travel for 12 months in an RV with 3 kids under 8 all around the US? Why not??!

It’s easy to fall into the endless cycle of working to be able to pay the bills to live in a house, so you can work…

Not that there’s anything wrong with this. But if at the end of our time here, when we are 80 or 90 or 112 – it’s the experiences that most warmed our heart that we remember most – why wouldn’t we want to adapt our life to create more memories and experiences beyond the daily routine of suburban America..?

If you were told that you only had one week left to life, there’s a fair chance you would spend those 7 days trying to create as many happy and endearing experiences with your loved ones as possible.

So if we would do it then… why not right now? What if you never have that chance, or what if when you go to enjoy your golden years of retirement, your kids no longer have time to go places with you?

So we talked about what it would take to move out of our house, move into a 29′ Travel Trailer, and spend the year traveling, and really – it’s not that difficult.

Like anything, it takes some planning and work, but the rewards could be huge…. a once in a lifetime experience with our kids exploring a bucket list of beauty and adventure, one after the next!

This blog will explore our adventure, and give you some highlights of our travels through the diverse and magnificent regions of the United States.
